“We operate via projects and our access to the market has been based on data purchased from players in the building and construction market. So far these leads have been paper-based, which meant that our sales staff almost drowned in the paper work associated with each case," says Jørgen Jensen, who is Vice President of Junckers Industries.
“And as our sales representatives typically work on 200-300 projects at a time, there was a need for a tool capable of systematising data and enhancing the efficiency of work processes, including relative to tenders. Moreover, new project leads are now automatically emailed to sales staff, so they avoid being swallowed up by the paperwork associated with each individual case, with the consequent improved overall grasp and time savings,” Jørgen Jensen continues.
